One of my favorite cooking books
For Baking is Whole Grain Baking by King Arthur Flour co. it is fantastic…I take my cakes and baked goods from that book, with me on a regular basis and I always get rave reviews about my baked goods in spite of the fact that they are always whole grain. I grind my own grain so that I don’t always use just plain whole wheat but I do use all whole grains. That doesn’t mean that you can’t use King Arthur or any other whole grain flour. This one of the rare cooking books has fantastic suggestions and hints in it especially for using whole grains and being able to get away with it.
This cooking book has whole grain recipes but also it has icings and a way to make whipped cream so that it doesn’t become all watery in a couple of hours. It is my most used of cooking books for baking! Don’t hesitate to buy it as you will use every dime out of it. Whole Grain Baking by King Arthur Flour! Enjoy!
